gimme a break. if you love fresh fish you are much better off going to a good sushi place or tons of other restaurants which serve good sea food and in bigger portions. the servings were absurdly small and sparse. it takes more than interesting recipes to make a restaurant. you also got to fill your customers up so they don't walk out desiring to eat a big juicy steak (especially if they are fish lovers).
